Helping you heal, grow, and create lasting change
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to stop feeling stuck and make meaningful changes. My clients don’t just “vent on the couch”—they’re willing to face challenges, do the hard work, and create lasting change.
Many come overwhelmed in their relationships—second-guessing whether to stay, carrying betrayal or resentment, struggling with poor communication, or facing addiction. You may feel like roommates instead of partners, with intimacy and trust fading. Together, we’ll confront these patterns, rebuild connection, and create a balanced, healthy partnership.
I also help those navigating trauma, anxiety, and avoidance. If past events or ongoing stress are holding you back, we’ll address them directly, providing a safe space to process, heal, and regain control over your life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 18+ years of experience serving adults and couples, including 10 years as a clinician, commissioned officer, and combat veteran in the U.S. Air Force. My work is informed by resilience, discipline, and compassion.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, Prolonged Exposure, and Structural Family Therapy, with emphasis on exposure work, assertiveness, and mindfulness to help clients break free from old patterns and build healthier ways of living.
Clients describe me as warm, direct, and supportive. I will level with you, challenge you, and coach you toward growth and healing, helping you feel stronger, more connected, and capable of living the life you’ve imagined.
